Description

Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment and adaption to 14 Parkinson Street Bury. This property is currently unoccupied, as it is not suitable to meet tenants needs. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following:

Internal alterations and refurbishment works within the existing property to form tenant and staff quarters.
Associated plumbing and M and E services to the refurbishment.
Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property.
Extensive groundworks to the rear garden area.

Site visits for inspection on Thursday 11th May 2023 between 7am and 12pm
