Description

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BHFT) currently utilises an external company to provide telecom maintenance services for its Aastra legacy telephone system.

BHFT is looking to re-tender the contract for a period of 1 year, with an option to extend by a further period of up to 2 years (1+1+1 = 3).

The contract is expected to start on the 2 October 2017.

The service will include online maintenance, reactive helpdesk, software updates, licensing updates and very occasional on-site engineer support.
