Description
This tender is to appoint two suppliers of furniture and accessories to support Housing & Care 21's design co-ordinators with the refurbishment of a large amount of the company's housing stock. Each supplier should be able to provide a large variety of furniture, suitable for communal areas of older people's housing.
An understanding of the housing sector and the requirements of older people with different physical and mental difficulties is essential. Housing & Care 21 are not looking for a design service to support this, simply the ability to make catalogue purchases of furniture items and different room accessories e.g. clocks, pictures and ornaments.
