Description

The key objectives of the solution are as follows:
a. To match the navigation functionality of Council papers - our current process allows users to quickly and easily access and navigate Council papers, across a range of devices, including iPads and tablet devices.
b. To support the preferred formats of Council members, including to print hard copy papers directly from the system, without having to create multiple versions of papers.
c. To provide accessibility to papers while on the move without WiFi and 4G.
d. To enable administrators to compile the Council papers bundles quickly and easily.
e. To provide a more efficient, streamlined and cost effective process which can potentially be rolled out across other Boards/Committees.
