Description

Cefas require an Asset Management system to track and trace marine and scientific equipment/assets. The system should be a cloud-based, capable of running on Windows 10 with Microsoft edge, as well as being able to be accessed on iOS for mobile and tablet, allowing all users the ability to search, run audits and reports for the variables stored within the database, and export data, with the ability to output a simplified dashboard with easily digestible infographics (such as graphical detail) which can be easily exported into Microsoft Office based reports.

The system should provide multiple access with user defined access protocols and audit tracing (for changes/updates), and provide a minimum of 7 independent log-ins for administrative purposes.
The system proposed should also include a provision for easily importing existing data plus training in data migration and system use for key Cefas staff.
