Due to the nature of our delivery, we are seeking Intervention Partners to meet the high demand for vocational training. The provision will support Participants progression into sustainable employment in the Logistics, Warehouse, Construction and Highways industries.

Seetec require a provider who can deliver face to face or online training services (depending on the type of course) either on a cohort (up to 12) or individual basis. Seetec staff would be responsible for referring Participants to the provision once a need had been identified.

The successful providers will be included onto our database of Intervention Partners delivering bespoke training and support to participants.

The training interventions required include, but are not limited to:

HGV Courses (must be delivered face to face):
• Car to Category C license (full package and individual elements)
• Car to Category CE license (full package and individual elements)

Plant Machinery courses (must be delivered face to face):
• Counterbalance forklift truck
• Reach truck
• Excavator
• Telescopic handler
• Ride on Roller
• Forward or Rear tipping dumper

Construction and Highways Courses:
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Bricklaying (face to face)
• Plastering (face to face)
• Tiling (face to face)
• Slinger/signaller
• NRSWA Street works
• Temporary Traffic Management Training Course
• Health and Safety

Seetec reserves the right to award the contract to one or more providers depending on the applications received.

Specific Requirements / Capabilities:

- Supplier must be able to deliver the courses detailed above face to face or remotely as required.

- Supplier must pass the Seetec due diligence process once notified of intent to award (template attached for your information).

- Supplier must be able to deliver at least one of the courses detailed below:

HGV Courses:
• Car to Category C license (full package and individual elements)
• Car to Category CE license (full package and individual elements)

- Supplier should have experience working with similar cohort of participants (unemployed, economically inactive, ex-offenders, SEND).

- Supplier must submit the rate card template provided which should include the full list of services they are able to provide.

- Any bids that do not answer all questions or requirements will be immediately discounted, and the supplier will not be notified.

Payment Mechanism:

- Spot purchase basis with no guaranteed volumes. Seetec hold contracts across several government departments, spanning multiple geographies across England.

Contracting Entity:

- Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC)

- This procurement is to deliver services across the UK arm of the Seetec Group. Referrals may come from the Employability, Business & Training or Communities & Education business units, which trade under the following names:

- Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC)
- Seetec Pluss Ltd
- Pluss CIC
- NexSphere
- Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company Ltd (KSSCRC)

- We envisage most referrals to be generated from Seetec's employability contracts (Restart Scheme, Work & Health Programme).

Framework:

- This procurement is for a specific need. However, Seetec will be launching a framework for Intervention Partners who can deliver support services and training to our participants in 2025. The successful suppliers in this bid will automatically be included in Seetec's 2025 framework and we do not envisage you needing to reapply for this. Once on the framework, Seetec reserves the right to direct award future contracts to these Suppliers.
