Description

NHS England as the contracting Authority are looking for a supplier to manage it's staff survey.

NHS England has been running its annual Staff Survey since 2020 using the National NHS Staff Survey questionnaire enabling us to survey our staff in a consistent and systematic way in line the rest of the NHS.

2. In April 2023 NHS England, NHS Digital and Health Education England became a new single organisation to better support the NHS to deliver improved care for patients. NHS England is an independent body, at arm's length to the government. Our main role is to improve health outcomes for people in England. There are approximately 18,000 staff throughout the organisation who work within central and regional directorates across England.

3. We want the new NHS England to be an exemplar employer; which involves making it a great place to work, and a great organisation to do business with, where patients are at the heart of everything we do.

4. For this upcoming survey in early 2025, we would like to continue to use the NHS staff survey to ensure we can benchmark our results against the National NHS results for 2024/25, which consequently means we would want to launch the survey to colleagues by February 2025. The questions set will be broadly aligned to the National NHS Staff Survey and tailored to reflect the aspirations of NHS England.

5. Due to these very tight deadlines, we need the provider to have extensive experience in running the NHS staff survey.
