Description

The project aims to develop and implement new and cutting edge analytical methods for identification of Glyphosate and its metabolites, in support of the UK's Pesticide Residues in Food (PRiF) monitoring programme.

Maintaining and enhancing our capability in analytical methods for monitoring - particularly concerning such high profile products as Glyphosate - is of vital importance, especially as we move towards a standalone UK pesticide regulatory regime. This will enable us to demonstrate that the new regulatory regime is achieving its aims of protecting human health and the environment.
