In its operational portfolio, Delt offers proficient human resources solutions such as HR, Payroll and Pensions that cater to the needs of over 7500 users and generate an extensive output of 90,000 payslips per annum. Additionally, Delt also remotely manages these services for 28 different organisations. The primary drivers of our customer base are public and third sector organisations that require complex terms and conditions to be implemented for service delivery. This includes system set-up, regulations, and user interaction. \r

• Delivers a comprehensive web-based HR/Payroll solution utilising self-service and incorporating integration across a range of HR and Payroll activities to manage the entire employee lifecycle including: \r
