The Authority is seeking to engage a Supplier with an evidence-based, proven and successful track record of delivering a service in order to support effective learning and development so that our workforce can continue to grow and develop skills and knowledge to meet the changing needs and challenges of the organisation.
The Authority's key drivers for engaging a Supplier are the opportunity to realise value for money by maximising the apprenticeship levy; provide our workforce with learning and development opportunities; source relevant and quality training providers; provide effective pastoral support and mentoring to apprentices, ensuring they have a positive experience.
