Sunderland Council have a requirement for refurbishment works on 2 play parks and a BMX track in the City of Sunderland.

There works are across 3 separate Lots, and bidders may submit bids for 1, 2 or all 3 lots. Bids will be evaluated and contracts awarded separately for each lot and the lot structure is as follows
