Description

This contract is for the servicing, maintenance and installation of boiler plant and associated equipment as detailed in Section 2 of this specification.

The work shall include all specific maintenance task details applied to equipment contained in all plant room boiler compartments or external to plant rooms as described in Section 2 and include for a 24-hour emergency call out service, all as described.
