Description

Dacorum Borough Council is tendering for a Housing Benefit Resilience Service.

This contract will require on-demand processing of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims. The Service must have sufficient resources in place to process claims in a timely and accurate manner and will complement the remaining permanent establishment requiring between 2 and 4 FTE across each year of the contract as demand requires it.
TUPE may apply.
