Description
The contract for Principal Designer under the framework agreement requires the consultant to perform the role of the principal designer in relation to projects as defined by and in accordance with the CDM Regulations.
Provide any necessary information or instructions relating to health or safety which is within their control, and assist the Client to provide any necessary information or instructions which is within the Client's control, as soon as is practicable and in a comprehensible form.
The 1761/MR Principal Designer (Project Value of Under £4.0m) contract forms one of the construction related Consultancy Services on the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.
The contracts on the framework will be awarded independently of each other, and there is no requirement for any tenderer expressing an interest in 1761/MR Principal Designer (Project Value of Under £4.0m) to express an interest in any other of the contracts forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy framework 2018 - 2022.
Likewise, tenderers requesting an expression of interest in 1761/MR Principal Designer (Project Value of Under £4.0m) will not be excluded from expressing an interest in any other contract forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.
