Description

Magenta Living is seeking tenders for void property clearance services which includes the removal
and disposal of:
• previous tenants domestic rubbish;
• garden area - litter, rubbish including scrap metal, timber, broken glass, garden debris, fallen
leaves, dumped material, building debris and stones;
• environmentally unsound material, fly tipping, scrap metal, tenants debris etc from garden
areas to tip;
• garage - clear out and remove all contents to an authorised waste site
• clear out environmentally dirty dwelling remove contents to authorised waste site, dispose of
anti-social, medical, human debris etc;
