Description

Conversion of garage to create 4th bedroom and cloakroom

The project is a conversion of a detached garage to a 4th bedroom and cloakroom, a small extension is to be built to create the link to existing property, the existing garage consists of a single skin brick wall that butts up to a similar type building that acts as a store, the store has a pitched roof but the garage had an Asbestos corrugated sheet type roof, this has been removed and full asbestos results are available once successful tender is chosen.
