Description

Partners in Care and Health (PCH) seek a contractor to work with us to create a codesigned framework and suite of learning and development (L&D) options. This project will focus on middle leaders in adult social care. For the purposes of this work, we define middle leaders as Heads of Service and Team Leaders.

Through this work, we want to support councils to enable the conditions for an environment that values continuous learning and improvement across the organisation and the local system. This project will focus on the type of learning and development activities that support integration and innovation.
