Magenta Living are seeking quotes for training/ consultancy services to enable all people managers, regardless of level, to be able to use a coaching style approach when conducting one to one's with their staff, in discussions on both performance and personal development.

Supplier are responsible for ensuring that their response has been successfully completed prior to the submission deadline. Responses must be submitted via the e-tendering portal. Responses submitted by any other means will not be accepted.

To ensure that your tender has been submitted Suppliers must ensure they click "Submit response". You will be required to reconfirm this by clicking 'submit response' a second time. If the submit response button is greyed out, the submission checklist can be used to pick out why. (anything with a red box will need revisiting). Suppliers may modify and resubmit their response at any time prior to the Submission Deadline. Depending on the issue, Magenta Living may then agree alternative arrangements / dates for submission.
