Description
Lightricity is seeking a photovoltaic quantum efficiency system for PV research and product development, for accurate determination of solar cell spectral response.
This should include:
- Incident photon to converted electron (IPCE) over 300nm-1800nm
- Reflectance measurement over 300nm-1800nm
- Internal Quantum Efficiency (IQE) over 300nm-1800nm
Multi-light source and voltage bias set. Sample holder should accept >10cm x 10 cm samples
Beam spot (from monochromator) should be tunable.
The supplier will be selected based on value for money (70% weighting), warranty period (15% weighting) and customer support (15% weighting).
