PR312024 - Provision of Structural, Civil and Transport Engineer Services for Rennes House
The appointment of the Engineer will allow for the feasibility work to be undertaken to understand what can be built as a replacement and this will facilitate an outline application to be submitted to include the demolition of the building, which is planned to be undertaken in the spring of 2026.
