TfSE is seeking a consultant to develop a forward looking, active Freight, Logistics and Gateways Strategy for the TfSE area, which will be the catalyst for a new 'Business As Usual' across the region. Whilst being informed by current assumptions, freight patterns and trends, the development of the strategy must be alive to ongoing developments and disruption and importantly provide the flexibility to consider interventions which may not yet exist.
