Description

Contract Amendment No.5

This amendment relates to a short term "Nil Cost" four week extension of time only, to provide contractual cover while the proposed twelve month extension is reviewed by Ministers (as confirmed and agreed in email dated 28/07/2017) in accordance with the PO6527 Terms and Conditions. Any subsequent progression to the twelve month extension period is dependent upon supplier performance, continued demonstration of VfM and the requisite DFID approval process. If the submission is not approved by SoS, associated staffing costs incurred for the interim period may be reconciled with identified programme underspend, any such costs will be fully substantiated and approved by the Programme Team accordingly. All other Terms and Conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
