Description

The purpose of this commission is to deliver outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and their families from our short breaks outcomes framework. It will do this by providing outcomes-based grants to organisations who are seeking to take innovative approaches to deliver the outcomes in our short breaks outcomes framework. Within the total grant funding available there is funding for projects delivered by or in partnership with Surrey's Special Schools that meet the need of children and young people with Severe Learning Difficulty (SLD) or complex Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
