Description
Before commencement on site the Client shall identify, isolate, and disconnect all services to the site. The Principal Contractor's overall project includes the following: • Provide temporary perimeter security, including to prevent vehicle access onto playing fields; • Provide temporary protection for some vegetation and to retained carpark; • Ensure all services to or across the site are no longer 'live'; • Commission Asbestos Demolition Report: Copy to Client and CDMA for review; • Notify HSE, remove all asbestos and ACMs in accordance with CAR:2012; • Set aside Kelly blocks, carpark gate assembly to allow vehicle access and reinstate on completion; • Remove all redundant services, including BT overhead line and post; • Demolish redundant building and remove all foundations, slabs, etc.; • Grub up all underground services; • Excavate areas of hard and soft landscaping around building • Remove all rubble and other materials arising. Make good levels, as specified; • Make good disturbed areas of public pavement or carpark as may have been damaged
