Description

The strategic aim for this programme is to reduce the crime in prisons that disrupts delivery of safe, decent and secure regimes and causes harm in the community. This process evaluation broadly aims to assess the extent to which the MARSOC Early Adopter Phase's roll-out aligns with the programme's operating model, test the basic assumptions underlying the programme's design and determine how to iteratively adapt and improve it.
