Description
Specialist master planning and related multi-disciplinary support. Preparation of a set of related master plan documents to help deliver an innovative, high quality, well designed and sustainable garden village on land to the east of the M5 motorway at Cullompton, Devon. Specifically, the Council requires the production of an East Cullompton Masterplan SPD and a Culm Garden Village Framework Masterplan, including the completion of any related supporting work identified as necessary.
