Description

The National Audit Office (NAO) the UK's independent public spending watchdog is seeking a supplier who can consult on rail engineering assumptions underpinning a financial model owned by Network Rail in support of our 2023-24 audit work on the Department for Transport (DfT) Group accounts. The assumptions principally relate to high-level design of modern GB railway network elements, and feed into a theoretical model. .
The service is anticipated to commence in January 2024 and with a desired completion date by late June 2024, with early delivery preferred. This is a one-off engagement so there will not be an option to extend.
The estimated value of the contract is £50,000 excluding VAT, but no guarantee is given as to the actual value of the contract.
