Description
The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking tenders for the qualification of either 1, 3 or 4 suitable suppliers to its new accident damage claims recovery framework. The services required consist of pursuing the recovery of losses as a result of road traffic collisions (RTC's) that damage the organisation's highway infrastructure such as bus shelters, information totems, bus stop poles etc.
This framework is for a maximum period of 4 years and is expected to commence in early July 2019. The WMCA is looking for continuity in terms of service delivery and reporting but also flexibility, therefore this framework will be a prioritised framework, with either 1, 3 or 4 suppliers qualified to it. Each piece of work will be allocated to the highest scoring bidder at original tender stage and if it can't be resourced by that particular bidder then the work will be offered to the second highest scoring bidder then the third and then the fourth.
Bids are being assessed on the basis of 80% quality and 20% price. Only those organisations that have answered all of the questions and provided all supporting documents satisfactorily in the Qualification Envelope of BravoSolution (including section 1.15) will go on to have their tenders evaluated.
In order to access the tender documents and submit a bid please do so through BravoSolution, the WMCA's e-tendering portal (https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk). The tender reference is itt_654 and if you are not already registered on BravoSolution it is free and usually only takes a few minutes.
Please see the tender documents in the Attachments section of BravoSolution for more details.
Please submit your responses to the quality questions in the Technical Envelope, input your prices in the Commercial Envelope and your company details in the Qualification Envelope of BravoSolution.
Please submit all responses by the tender deadline which is 1200 noon on Friday 7th June 2019. The deadline for any clarification questions, also via BravoSolution, is 1200 noon on Wednesday 5th June 2019.
