Observing its obligations under the NHS (Procurement Patient Choice and Competition)(No.2) Regulations 2013, the CCG has assessed the appropriateness to award this 18 month contract directly through a non-competitive process to secure continuity of high quality services for children and families in Bury from an incumbent provider which has been delivering essential response to demand arising during COVID.

During this interim contract period, the CCG will review and assess its future commissioning requirements.
