Description

As part of our work around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion the University is looking to implement a Bystander Invention Programme that can train the student population (c 27,000) at scale. In order to achieve this we are looking for a sector leading experts in Bystander Intervention training to work with us to develop a 'train the trainer' modular approach. Training materials should incorporate a specific Exeter focus, and also include a specific focus on incidents of racial harassment and abuse and gender-based violence to align with the University's key EDI priorities.
