Description

The Works comprise the total re-roof of Meon Court community centre. Internal refurbishment of the Community Lounge, Entrance Lobby and Dining area, together
with improvements to the external lighting. Also, the conversion of the four bedroom wardens flat on the first floor, into two, one bedroom flats with new external access staircases.

Additional works include the installation of external doors and the installing of two
new window's to the wardens flat as shown on the drawings and as described in the separate schedules.
