Description
Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (XRF) measuring instrument with silicone drift detector (SDD) and micro-focus X-ray tube for materials and coating analysis. The equipment must be able to measure gels, powders and solids. For solids, the equipment must accommodate flat and complex shaped samples up to 5kg and with dimensions up to 300mm by 300mm by 140mm. The instrument should incorporate a programmable XYZ stage with camera system for accurated sample position. The equipment should have interchangeable aperatures and filters, and outputs from 10kV to 50kV
