Description

Wakefield Council is commissioning for the provision of the Preventing Rough Sleeping Model (PRSM) from 1 October 2015 for an initial period of 18 months. The Service will consist of: - Coordination of the Rough Sleeping Model in Wakefield - Street outreach to verify people as rough sleeping - A Hub facility where people can stay overnight in the short term when being supported through the model - Arranging of move on accommodation from the Hub. The successful tenderer will need to have, or have identified, a suitable location for The Hub function of the service. Tenderers are required to complete and return the Application via the YORtender site no later than 12 noon on Friday 26 June 2015.
