Description

The aim of this contract is to provide a management and maintenance service for properties on two developments. The contractor, acting as the Councils managing agent will be responsible for:
1) the letting of properties using the established lettings arrangements for all Extra Care in the Bradford District
2) collection of rents
3) ensuring that repairs are carried out
4) re letting of properties as required
