Description
As part of yearly accountancy practices Advance Northumberland require annual asset re-valuations to be carried out across their commercial portfolio.
Advance Northumberland therefore are looking to appoint MRICS Surveyors to provide comprehensive Asset valuations of Commercial Portfolio valued in accordance with MRICS Valuation standards in accordance with UKGAAP (FRS 102) regulations.
The appointment will be for a 3-year period, and we require a full comprehensive on-site inspection and a detailed report in the first year.
Years 2 and 3 are to be carried out via desktop revaluations of previous years' values (with updated tenancy schedules and property changes provided by Advance Northumberland, 3 months prior to valuation date).
