Description

Walsall Council seeks to procure the services of Providers to deliver targeted, innovative, sustained and meaningful outreach and community based activities within the Walsall Borough to identify, engage and re-engage with eligible Black Country Impact participants, i.e. those who are aged 16 to 29 and are inactive or not in education or employment (NEET) through providing enrichment or engagement activities, either as one off interventions or repeated on-going activity across a period of time.
