Description

Central to PHG's strategic objectives are providing new and existing homes that are affordable, sustainable and of a high quality. PHG's capital programme is supported through a secured debt portfolio of approximately £2bn in value, split broadly evenly between Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and bank finance. The debt portfolio is subject to periodic valuations as detailed within individual debt facilities.
