Description

The London Borough of Redbridge is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations in relation to Contracts for the Provision of planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance services for both Corporate Landlord and Housing departments. There are three lots covered by this requirement:

• Lot 1: Water System Maintenance - Corporate Landlord
• Lot 2: Water System Maintenance - Housing
• Lot 3: Water Hygiene Testing - Corporate Landlord/Housing
Organisations are permitted to express an interest for any Lots for which they consider they are suitably qualified and experienced.
Organisations shall be aware that responses to each Lot will be evaluated separately. Organisations should be aware that if they bid for lots 1 and/or 2 they are not able to bid for lot 3 and Organisations that bid for lot 3 are not able to bid for lots 1 and/or 2.
