Description

Kirklees Council is looking for an innovative proposal for the monitoring of pedestrian footfall activity in Huddersfield and Dewsbury. The Council is looking for solutions that use different mechanisms/technologies for counting footfall in the town centres. The data is needed to to better understand town centre activity, to inform area action plans, town centre funding bids, investment decisions, to provide data that allows comparison and benchmarking with regional and national trends as well as to support and monitor town centre recovery work in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
