Description

The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) have funded a 5-year project to develop a Smart Meter Research Portal (SMRP) to provide vital access to energy data for the UK research community. The Smart Meter Research Portal (SMRP) will provide a secure, consistent and trusted channel for researchers to access high-resolution energy data, which will facilitate innovative energy research for years to come.

UCL requires a DCC Adapter Service to provide smart meter data to the SMRP project. It is anticipated that data such as, but not limited to HH profile data, daily consumption log shall be collected via the DCC Adapter for SMRP via a daily batch process. Other service requests such as but not limited to inventory, tariff data shall be scheduled at different frequencies (e.g. weekly, monthly).

Bidders must be able to evidence that they are a party to the Smart Energy Code and/or a DCC User. If not, the bidder must provide an explanation of how they will provide a DCC Adapter service and remain compliant with the SEC, DCC User, and other relevant obligations
