Description

Snow Hill Roofing and External Cyclical Maintenance Project

The contract will deliver re-roofing to 8 low rise blocks of flats and will include stripping and disposal of existing copper roof coverings and installation of new standing seam roofing. The works will comprise of re-roofing of various flat roof sections, replacement guttering, cleaning down windows and doors and redecoration of previously painted surfaces to the buildings.

5Year Contract plus 2 optional annual extensions
