Brief Description of Requirement:-

The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) are looking to tender for the supply of an EM Test (AMETEK) model NX5, multi-functional test generator for transients (EFT/Burst, surge and power fail) up to 5.5kV, CDN 300V/16A, with optical and ethernet link. The model designation is bsp1-300-16A. A UKAS or
ILAC calibration certificate should be supplied with the instrument.

This tender is for delivery only and it must be compatible with Windows 7. The user and Service manuals must be in English and include a paper copy.

Power Requirements - 50Hz, 240V

Operational Requirements - 180 days p.a. utilisation

Relevant Standards - IEC61000 series

Warranty - 2 years warranty

Spare parts and maintenance must be available for 8 years from purchase date.

Delivery of this equipment is to BEIS - Office for Product Safety & Standards, Stanton Avenue, Teddington, Middlesex, TW11 0JZ and must be supplied by 31st March 2019.

If the vendor is not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) the vendor must provide, in writing a recently dated (i.e. within the past year) and signed letter from the OEM recognising them as the fully authorised and qualified vendor of the products and accessories.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
