Description

Leicester City Council (the Authority), on behalf of Marketing Leicester & Leicestershire, requires the services of a public relations agency with the appropriate experience and expertise to provide strategic public relations and media relations services as more particularly outlined in the Scope of Services of this Request for Quotation (RfQ).
The purpose of the RfQ is to solicit competitive tenders from qualified suppliers for the development and execution of strategic public relations and media relations plans to generate exposure and raise positive awareness of Leicester and Leicestershire as a tourism destination and a place to invest. The potential supplier(s) must be an established public relations and media relations company with the relevant experience and resources to partner with Marketing Leicester & Leicestershire to accomplish its objectives, which are detailed within section 1.3 Objectives of this RfQ.
The contract(s) will be awarded for a one (1) year period with the option to extend for a period totalling no more than an additional one (1) year (subject to annual review, budget and requirements). The contract will be subject to quarterly and annual review to include satisfactory supplier performance.
