Non-verbal communication services including British Sign Language and deaf-blind communication, suitable for the requirements of Telford & Wrekin Council, a local authority. The service is required to deliver planned, short notice (less than 48 hours) and emergency interpretation services, on an ad-hoc/call off basis.
