Description

Newcastle University requires deformable mirrors which shall be incorporated into novel optical instrumentation to understand the changes in visual behaviour with eye disorders. This project is funded by a UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship.

Mirror 1: The mirror must have a very large stroke (>70 microns). Please state the stroke of the proposed mirror. The pupil diameter must be between 5 mm and 15 mm. The mirror must have more than 64 actuators. Please state the number of actuators.
Mirror 2: The mirror must have a high stroke (>20 microns). The mirror must have at least 150 actuators. The mirror must have a settling time of 1.25 ms or less. The mirror must have a frequency of at least 750 Hz. The tender documents can be downloaded from https://procontract.due-north.com/
