Description

The Council is responsible for administering voting within its area at the time of Elections, and for undertaking all electoral canvass and other activities to deliver electoral registration.

The requirement is for the design, production and personalised supply of all electoral materials: poll cards, ballot papers, postal voting packs, canvass forms, electoral stationery and envelopes including electoral registration forms for this purpose. The timely posting of all such documents and liaison with Royal Mail is also a requirement.
