The MoD have a number of Dell Licenses (TOAD, Password Manager and Active Roles software) required for development, test and live support of the Oracle based applications and platforms.

The renewal of these licenses is essential to receive service request support, security patching and functional upgrades. Without this productivity and live service support degrades.
