Description
The supplier will provide cleaning services (both fixed and variable) to the British High Commission and its Estate.
Fixed Services will be daily cleaning and upkeep of the British High Commission Upper Hill Office, Gitanga Communal Estate, TWG Workshop at Gitanga, Communal area of Gitanga Flats. They will also provide cleaning materials and 1x weekly cleaning services of all guard houses across the residential Estate. Provision of sanitary waste bins and collection, Daily laundry service for officially provided uniforms and linens both in Upper Hill and the TWG Workshop at Gitanga and Caretakers Cottage.
Variable Services will include the pre-occupancy cleaning of residential houses, annual cleaning of the residence, pressure washing of Cabro road surfaces at the residence, cleaning of sofas, mattresses and carpets, deep cleaning of Residence and Upper Hill commercial kitchens.
