Description

Birmingham City Council invites organisations to make an application to be considered for a contract for the provision of an Employer Agent for Pool Farm and Shannon Rd Housing Schemes, in Kings Norton, Birmingham.

Employer's Agent Services are required to provide full project management services for the development of approximately 350 housing units on Pool Farm site and approximately 110 housing units on Shannon Road site.

The services to be provided by the Employer's Agent include the following:

• Project Management
• Programme Management
• Principal Designer
• Engineering Services
• Party Wall Surveying
• Quantity Surveying
• Clerk of works
• Liaison between the Council and contractor(s)

The contract will be for a period of 8 years commencing on 1st September 2018.

BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this contract and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest and download details. The web address is
