Description

In April 2023 a survey was conducted and it was established that due to water intrusion in the roof the office below is unusable as office or any other working space. Due to damp, the growth of mould on walls and ceiling, and some harmful particles and substances at levels which can be dangerous to human health, it was recommended that works to re-establish a roof membrane on the balcony on the eastern side of Building 40 are necessary.
